Cancellation Policy
We understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order.
Order Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to request a cancellation.
We can generally cancel an order only if it has not yet entered processing or shipping.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In this situation, you may need to receive the order and request a return according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation is approved before the order is processed, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
How to Request Cancellation

- Customer Name
- Email Address
- Reason for Cancellation
We will review the request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
